Attending from The Episcopal Diocese of Northern California were the Rev. Lewis "Sitting Panther" Powell, Deacon at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Grass Valley and Indigenous Ministries Missioner, and Patricia Heinicke, member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in Sacramento.

  • Province VIII Winter Talk 2015

Lewis Powell, Indigenous Ministries Missioner, Episcopal Diocese of Northern California; Deacon, Emmanuel, Grass Valley The Annual Province VIII Winter Talk, sponsored by the Indigenous Peoples Network of Province VIII, will be held the weekend of January 16-18, 2015 at Harrah’s Resort and Casino in Reno, Nevada. This year, the focus will be on indigenous women in leadership. The deadline for registration for this event is Friday, December 19, 2014.
