Fall Convocations

Convocations are deanery-organized workshops that allow for pre-Convention discussions, centered around topics such as budget, apportionment, elections and more. They are a chance to meet other delegates and alternates, and to learn about the business that will be conducted at Diocesan Convention. All are encouraged to attend!

It is especially important that all clergy, delegates and alternates attend a Convocation to become familiar with the resolutions and nominees, which will be the business of Diocesan Convention in November. (This year's Diocesan Convention will be Nov. 3-4. Keep an eye out for our 2017 Pre-Diocesan Convention packet, which will be available for download on our Convention page in June! This packet includes forms, form deadlines, online registration instructions and more.)
