Enrollment Qualifications

For The Episcopal Diocese of Northern California

An employee is eligible for medical and dental insurance if the employee is an EXEMPT employee OR a NON-EXEMPT employee scheduled to work 1,000 hours or more per year (roughly 20 hours per week).

An employee is eligible for group life and disability insurance if the employee is scheduled to work 1,000 hours or more per year (roughly 20 hours per week).
