  • Congregation Information Collection

    Submission Due Date: July 31, 2015 Each year, congregations are required to complete a Congregation Information Collection Form and return it to the Office of the Bishop. In 2015, this form has undergone some significant updates. This form can now be completed in Excel and several fields have been pre-populated with options from which the user can choose.

  • Affordable Care Act Regulation Changes

    We have received notification from the Church Pension Group regarding recent Affordable Care Act regulations for employers. These regulations state that, effective January 1, 2015, employers must pay the full premium for any employees who choose to enroll in “EAP Only” (Employee Assistance Program) coverage, effective January 1, 2015. This premium is $5.00 per month, per employee.

  • 2014 TMR Update

    The newly updated 2014 Treasurer's Monthly Report (TMR) is now available on the diocesan website and is ready to use for 2014 reporting. You will find that the line-by-line instructions under the "Instructions" tab of the form have not changed. However, the Apportionment Calculation section of the form has changed to reflect the new 2014 five-tier mission apportionment calculation that replaces the former three-tier calculation.

  • Apportionment Rebate 2014

    In accordance with the Apportionment Forgiveness Guidelines Memo posted on November 23, 2010, congregations that remain fully current on all financial obligations to the diocese at the end of the year 2013 will be eligible for an apportionment rebate of 2%.
